About the Club

All the gear. No idea.

The Almost Athletic Club is for people who have all the gear and no idea. We look the part. We do not play the part. Then the club grew. Our resident artist loves to draw and can't. Our President loves to give speeches and can't stop. More members are on the way: the ones who love to cook, sing or dance, and really shouldn't. Everyone's welcome. Nobody's any good.

Resident Artist

Nigel, aged 62½

Nigel has contributed another biro drawing to the club noticeboard. The Committee reviewed it without debate and filed it under unauthorized fauna.

His cats, dogs, horses and one very slow snail now appear on our tees, crewnecks and hoodies. Nobody has told him.
